Managing Principal
Business Analytix, Inc. was formed in 2007 by Rajiv Hazaray.
Rajiv is an accomplished finance professional with more than 25 years of senior executive experience including in many Technology, Telecommunications and Media companies. Rajiv has been in senior managerial positions in Technology, Satellite companies and in recent years, has assisted Senior Management of Fortune 100 companies in Strategic Analysis covering partnerships, Public Policy issues, techno-economic studies, market profiling, among others.
Stephen G. Tom
Steve an international business development professional, with 30 years of experience in the commercial communications satellite industry developing strategies and implementing projects by managing multidisciplinary teams. Throughout his career, he has built value in companies by opening new markets and growing and running businesses around the world, including the U.S., Middle East, and Asia-Pacific – both as an entrepreneur and CEO, and in executive roles within larger organizations. He has put this experience to work in deal advisory and valuation roles in the satellite sector.

Mr. Hane is Counsel with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP in the firm's Communications practice group. He concentrates on transactions, spectrum licensing and special projects in electronic media distribution and satellite communications. Formerly an attorney with a predecessor to the firm, Mr. Hane spent more than a decade as an in-house lawyer, lobbyist, development executive and entrepreneur before returning to private practice with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP in 2006.
James Beitchman,,Ph. D.
Dr. Beitchman has been in the satellite telecommunications and electronics business for thirty five years, working internationally in the United States, Asia and Europe. In 2001, after returning to the US after 18 years of work in satellite telecommunication in Asia and Europe he established his firm, JGB Consult, LLC to provide consulting services to domestic and international customers who can benefit from his experience and expertise in international satellite telecommunications, broadcasting and electronics businesses. Clients include SES AMERICOM, ViaSat, Orbcomm, KVH, Rainbow DBS, Sirius Satellite Radio, Sensis Corporation, Mitsubishi Electric Corporation and numerous legal and financial services firms. He was a founding partner of a satellite broadband service in Japan.
